Signing in
Who can use SupportHub, how to sign in with your Onyx account, and what to do if you're turned away.
Who can use it
SupportHub uses your Onyx account — the same one you use for other Onyx products. You can use it if:
- you have an Onyx account, and
- your organisation has been given Support Hub access in Onyx Platform.
Accounts, organisations and access are managed by your organisation's administrator in Onyx Platform, not in SupportHub. If you don't have an account yet, ask them to invite you.

Sign in on Onyx Platform
If you're not signed in, you're taken to the Onyx Platform sign-in page. Sign in with your Onyx account.
You're back in SupportHub
You're returned to exactly where you were heading — the chat, or the link you followed from an email — and can start asking questions.
Because every Onyx product shares one sign-in, if you're already signed in to Onyx Platform you go straight in.
What you see depends on your role
| You are | You get |
|---|---|
| A member of your organisation | The chat, your bookmarks and flagged questions, and Settings |
| An organisation admin | All of the above, plus Settings → Chat widget for your organisation's website widgets |
Signing out
Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Sign out. You can also sign out from Settings → Account → Session.
Signing out ends your Onyx session in this browser — for every Onyx product, not just SupportHub.
Can't get in?
Try once in a private/incognito window. If that works, your browser has a stale session — clear the site data for supporthub.getonyx.dev (or visit supporthub.getonyx.dev/auth-repair, which does this for you) and sign in again.
Your organisation may not have Support Hub access, or your account isn't assigned to an organisation yet. Ask your organisation's administrator to check in Onyx Platform.
Website widgets are managed by organisation admins. Ask your organisation's administrator if you need admin rights.
