Ask the Onyx Partner Assistant about your Microsoft Partner Center customers, subscriptions and licences.
The Onyx Partner Assistant is an AI assistant for Microsoft CSP partners. It answers questions about your own Microsoft Partner Center data — customer rosters, licence allocations, subscriptions, renewals and more — and can draw charts.
Open it with Partner Assistant in the header.
It needs Partner Center
The assistant works from your organisation's Microsoft Partner Center connection. If it isn't connected you'll see Connect Microsoft Partner Center to ask about customers, subscriptions and licences — an organisation admin sets this up in Integrations.
Asking a question
Type into Ask about your Partner Center data… and send. The header shows whether the assistant is connected, and how many customers have been synced. Under each answer you can regenerate, copy, and rate it 👍 / 👎.
